Download don't work all the time

I receive files from a colleague all the time using wetransfer and decided to purchase this app. Sometimes the download works but most of the time it fails telling me the link is either incorrect or not valid. However using WeTransfer download on PC works! Tried to look for support but there is no way of getting any online support. Keep redirected back to the website that only promotes the app. Frustrating!
