WhatsApp Business 12+

Dear WhatsApp Business Team,

I am writing to suggest an upgrade for the app which I believe would greatly benefit business owners like myself. As someone who manages a WhatsApp Business account, I often find it challenging to balance the need to respond to customer inquiries promptly while ensuring that the account is being managed safely and securely.

In particular, I would like to request the addition of a multi-access function for WhatsApp Business accounts. It would be extremely helpful if both management and staff could access the same account from different mobile devices, allowing for more efficient customer service and better overall management. I would appreciate it if this feature could be implemented in a way that ensures security and privacy for both the business and its customers.

Thank you for considering my suggestion, and I hope to see this feature added in the near future.

I am running a small business and have been using WhatsApp business to cater to my clients. However, occasionally I keep getting banned. I modified our ways of contacting by changing our message templates, sending less frequent to avoid being considered as spam and also asking for consent before proceeding with our marketing. We kept trusting the services but your algorithm or bots have been flagging us as spam multiple times. We tried appealing but all your support response are from bots without a single human touch to assess our problems. We were left with no choice but to close down our business because of your lousy service and our livelihood is greatly affected because it was our source of income.
We have been trying for years. There were no problems for some time but now it got banned and even more seriously. Even after being unbanned, after sending just 1 message, just 1 freaking message but got banned again. Growing frustrations and disappointment over the years and losing hope. Trusting your service is the biggest disappointment in my life ! I thought it was to support small businesses! It is a lie and scam to force us to use a more advanced app with payment when we can’t even support our life now.

I started using WAB mid Feb2023 for my small business and I definitely enjoy the experience so far (end of Feb2020 when I’m writing this). I noticed a few bugs that kept recurring and should be fixed asap.

(1) Collection bugs. I sorted my catalog into a few collections last night, and they were approved, showing up nicely. I woke up today to messy catalog again, and the collections disappeared. I had to sort everything again. This looks trivial, but I can imagine over time when catalog contents increase, it would be a hassle to keep reorganising them when this bug happens. (2) Catalog bug on WhatsApp desktop. Last night I had to use WAB on desktop, and everytime I tried to click on a collection, it sent me back to chat list. (3) Listing bugs. Many times when I already had photos in a listing, and I wanted to add more, as soon as I clicked to add a new photo, the apps just crashed. Happened many times.

That’s all my sincere review so far. Hope WAB team can look into this quickly and have these bugs exterminated. Thanks!
