Cannot download icon pack

I am using iphone X.. the problem is I cannot download icon pack….it just keep loading and did not complete

We are sorry to hear you had a bad experience with our app. It seems like an issue with access to photos.
Please go to Setting, select A-Widgetarium and click on Photo and select All Photos. Now you can download the icons onto your phone. If you have any questions, please write to us at help@widgetarium.world.

Irresponsive Apps

It can’t be used. I am using iPhone 12 Pro Max but the app is stuck, not smooth and hanged all the times, the Icons, Wallpapers and A-Team are not responsive at all. Please do something.
