Level Too Hard

Hi dear, this game I was expecting launching for 1 year ago, but I have try the game is very disappointed. The easy level is very hard to pass please make it easy level then easy, hard level then hard. But I prefer the way to build the zoo like building Gardenscapes is easy. No need to think where the decoration need to put. And this graphics like township. Thanks please upgrade

The price of decorations and difficulty of levels

As the things mentioned above, I think that they can be reduced. The decorations are already too expensive when at the low level. I need to use a lot of money to buy for them and the rest of my money isn't enough to buy animals. Since I like to decorate the zoo, I do love to use many different types of decorations. Hence, I hope that the price can be reduced a little bit. And the most important thing is the difficulty of the levels. I think that the levels are too difficult for us to play although the levels aren't too high. This is too hard for us to play this game if Wildscapes can't reduce the difficulty. I truly hope that Wildscapes can take my suggestions. Thank you for your cooperation and attention.

Power ups bug

Very nice and addictive game but...... Seems like there are bugs when using the power ups. Especially the “+” (spinner). Selected before starting a game but upon game start it just flew off without any actions. The amount collected is being deducted with no actions taken. The level is too hard to pass through, without power ups it’s just impossible to get through some of the easy levels, what more hard and super hard. And the hard level is even more difficult than the super hard.

Sorry to hear that you've come across this issue. Please note that the Double Spinning Tops booster doesn't add elements on the field after the activation. At the same time, you'll get twice as many in the level when you activate them on that level. We hope this clears up any confusion! 💚
