Sort of a wake up call. Most don’t realise how we spent the hours given to us in a week (168) as we are not mindful of what we do with them. Actionable items put forward in this book should be a good starting point for a more purposeful life.

Formal Complaint Regarding Non-Delivery of Paid Service

I am writing to formally raise a serious complaint regarding the non-delivery of the service I have paid for in full for a one year WISER subscription on 5th March 2025. I was able to listen and read the selected books until the date I formally filed my complaint via email to WISER on 26th April 2025. My complaint was, I neither could listen nor read the entire book as it ended after the introduction was made and then stopped abruptly after that.

Despite my serving follow-up on 28 April 2025, there has been no resolution, and this lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. I expect either the immediate delivery of the agreed-upon service or a full refund within 7 days from the date of this email.

Please treat this matter as urgent. If no action is taken within the given timeframe, I will be forced to escalate the issue to the next level.

Double charge for subscription

I tried to send severally emails to customer service but seem likes it is auto reply… They double charge me for the subscription and the subscription i got is different from what they showed in instagram (subscription should be 3 months instead of 1 month)
If it is 1 month, why it charged me twice?
Didn’t get their reply, bad experience with the service even though the function is attractive. Hopefully someone can approach me about this issue. Thanks.
