We do regret the experience you are having. If you are moving from the V1 app to the V2 app, we would recommend using the migration option instead of repairing. We will be happy to assist with the pairing as well and do seek your assistance to reach out to us.
From the WiZ V2, press on Settings, scroll down and click on Help Center and from here you will be able to initiate a Live chat Support.
The app not working properly
The light and the app not working properly after sometime it will not connected even you are seeing the light are in the Home Screen of the app but all the light are not connected and you try to on or off the light it will appear a notification say ( Unknown issue occurred Something went wrong, please try again ) but if you ask google assistant to turn on or off the light is working means the light are connected to Wi-Fi just the app itself always not working properly I need to be log out and log in back than only work. I hope fix this error asap if you need a further explanation or pic or video pls drop me a email I can sent you the details I really miss the old app is way way way way better than the new version. New version UI are nicer but importantly useless it’s not working properly.

Has a mind of its own
I programmed my light on and off at specific time 6.15pm - 12am everyday. However, it goes so bright at 8pm and auto shut at 11pm. Then, at 6am++ (I dunno coz I’m sleeping) it light itself up really bright and auto off at 7.30am. Tried to create new automation schedule but every time I want to save, it says “unknown issue occurred. Something went wrong, please try again”
