Worksy helps us to improve our monitoring on attendance as part of Company objective to inculcate culture of excellence. The tool is user-friendly as it is accessible by phone devices. We have good support from implementer team which helps us during the implementation till we go live.

Review worksy

We hereby from Zas Electrical Resources Sdn. Bhd. represented by Nur Farahanim and Nur
Amirah has joined the training session around three months with Lightman Consulting Group with the person
in charge (PIC) Ms. Amira binti Shir Mohamad (Consultant) and Ms Siew Ling (Project Manager). The training
includes Attendances, Leave, Claim, Payroll and Employee Module. All these modules were conducted and
completed properly.
During this training, we went through many processes in order for completing the module from the setting
until the final process which is to process the employee payroll. The obstacles and problems faced we settle
down together with the PIC. The PIC also responds to our report in the fresh desk quickly and they give the
solution clearly.

We are satisfied with the services. They always make sure we complete the pending task before the next
meeting and keep updating us if there is any problem or not. Our hope is after the handover session, the
service will remain the same and if there is any request from our side, the person in charge after this will
conduct and help us in a quick as we want this system go live in a good flow so that we can get the best result
every end of the month.

Worksy Helps me do my job efficiently

The worksy system helps me a lot to simplify my work where it can store data very efficiently and with just one click all the data can be changed into a summary. In addition, for attendance, worksy uses location and for me it is better than using punch cards. All employees can use this application because it is easy to use. I am very satisfied using this application and the customer service is also excellent. Thank you Worksy
