World Map
Being a free app. I have no comment on its negative side. It is very useful as we can view off line. That is very useful indeed especially if you are in a place where there is no Internet/wifi
Amateurish and redundant
It merely contains 2 huge jpegs of the world map, one political and one time zone. Zooming in only reveals the same jpeg, with static images of the same map and cities. It also only has 2 options, to switch between political and time zone maps, and to get paid full map version - highly receptive and cunning!
Also, 1/10th of the top screen has advertisements constantly being displayed.
Overall, as a basic function to see the world as a whole, it works for the simpleton/high school kids. As a detailed map, just open your browser and Google your maps for more detail. Or get Google app with Google Maps in it.
