Safe and secured. But still need some improvements in making reachable customer service. Wait time is more than 30 mins. No Chat support only call (MY). Pls verify during customer onboarding itself since you are doing that process after money debited if more than 3k MYR. Rest all fine.

My concerns
I am a new user of this application, before I made a transaction I read all the settings and policies, and I was sure that this application was safe. however, after making a transaction it has been 3 days now my money is still in the process of being sent, meaning that I have not received my money back, and I don't know what caused it because I was not notified by this application, even though I have fulfilled the existing requirements. and this application is very difficult to communicate directly to the application, I have tried to contact the number provided, but the number is not on the list, I tried sending an email but they did not receive an email message, then I tried to contact via Instagram but there was no answer at all, they only saw my message without giving an answer to my concerns. I ask to be improved again. and provide direct communication access between customers and the application.

Great app to send money!
Fast and reliable money transfer app! Been using this app for quite sometime now. So far, i don’t have any issues. All my transactions went smoothly and received successfully without any problem. The only complain is, they have a limit of 10 transactions only per month. So if you exceed 10 transfers, then you will have to wait again another week or so to make a new transaction. Other than that, everything is perfect.
