Such a great game honestly, been playing ur guys previous game which is PGR and what I can say about WuWa is that, it’s truly peak and entertaining to play but one thing that make it look slightly bad is the optimization, sometimes when I play on PC, the lags is unbearable but sometimes it’s smooth enough? Please fix this issue and also why is the ping is sometimes suddenly goes high out of nowhere then goes back to normal then high again? This few things make the experience a little bit underwhelming tbh.. I hope u guys can fix it as soon as possible cause this thing is frustrating. Thank you.

Hello Kuro games , i hope you relize that so many player sigh about your game , the optimization in this game is trash , so many player cant enjoy this game like they enjoy genshin impact also my device can handle highest graphic at genhshin with full 60fps while im playing wuthering waves at 60 or 30 fps the frame drop is horrible , i don't know why i already set the graphic low and it say smooth so but it still frame drop , lagging and force close/quit , and like you say u told us to uninstall the game and reinstall it but it sill to the same thing, i play this game from union 1-35 can you imagine how annoying it was ?? , pleasee kuro games fix this problem im tired being kick out of the game for no reasonnn , i do all the thing that i know to run the game smoothly but at the end it useless, please make the game better like genshin impact , even it 28gb but almost people can play the game even on low or highest graphic , but look at your game , when genshin release his first game globally there's nothing such a problem like your game did , please do whatever to make the game smoother, you also can ask genshin impact devs how to run your game smooth like they did or also you can collaborate and cooperate with mihoyo and hoyoverse they did awesome thing with they game , its not a shame ask a strong people how to get stronger right 💁, so pleaseee fix it in the next update , thankyou for your hardworking 😁

This is my honest review after several days I have tried play the game. Honestly, I was a fan and have waited for this game since the trailer, rumors and also a lot of fandom videos of this game. I have put a highest standard of this game after seeing the trailer. I am not going to lie, this game is amazing with amazing animation, voice actor and also characters. However, it disappoints me because I still cannot proceed with the storyline because it keeps crashing after just 10 minutes. How I can enjoy the game if it keeeeeeps crashing just after 10 minutes. Do I need to skip so that I can avoid the crashing? Please Kuro games, as a fan I hope you can solve this problem as soon as possible. Its not about the device, its about your GAME. It needs fixing and optimization. My battery also drain quickly not like when I play Genshin or HS. I do realize I just use ipad 9th gen, but there is no problem with other games. Just this game dear developers. I hope you can solve it as soon as possible. Thank you for listening.
