System error and bad support team
Some of the time cause loss due to system error like cannolis over 10min and so on . at the same time if you make deposit with extra amount for example 500 and you deposit wrong amount 600. The transaction will be successful and you won’t receive the balance. customer support team are rule and they will provide you answer with no analysis. I can say that I have not receive over 500USD through this playform
