Accessibility across mobile gadgets is lacking

I am heavy on notion and Googledrive as it’s very convenient to access them on the go. I decided to give xtile a try when it says “replace notion and Google doc”

The initial experience was good on desktop. It’s great to have many of the database features from notion and prettier tiles and tabs. The tabs reminds me of onenote. This is great to keep things under the same category together and can interlink them using the group and move to panels and pages. The logic for use was natural.

However, the syncing across different mobile gadgets is lacking.
I tried to complete the entry I made on desktop over on my iPhone and iPad, the note opened up to just read mode. It didn’t respond whatsoever. This is really frustrating and become stressful and waste time trying to troubleshoot. It also means the app is non usable for mobile people like me as to be able to access the notes to manage social media content, marketing brief is top priority. Notion and Google doc do not have this problem.
The app loading time of a project (database) or a tab takes longer than notion. My notion has 2+ years worth of data while xtile only a few days. This is another downside for me.

While I like how it looks and the nice feels, until and unless the app is the sync from desktop to mobile gadgets is seamless, access to make entries is bug-less, quick, efficient and stress-less, not having to figure how why functions/features nit appearing, or it’s just responding for entry, I will have to remain with notion and Google drive which is efficient for me to work stress free efficiently.
