So far so good but sometimes not very responsive
Lately ive noticed that the apps quite lagging and need to reinstall in order to refresh the apps otherwise tye apps cannot be operated .. not sure whether due to the operation system or anything else.. overall the apps is very helpful TQ
CANNOT OPEN THE APP, STUCK AT THE HOMEPAGE
I regret to share my disappointing experience with the YI Home app, which has been plagued by persistent malfunctions. Despite reporting the issue and following recommended troubleshooting steps, the app remains non-functional, leaving me frustrated and concerned about my home security. The lack of progress in resolving the problem over a span of two weeks is disheartening, and it raises doubts about the effectiveness of YI Technology’s customer support. Urgent attention and a swift resolution are needed to restore the app’s functionality and ensure the peace of mind of its users. Considering the current state of affairs, I cannot recommend the YI Home app in its present condition.
So bad
I’ve been using yi camera for 2 years , it was great when using Yi Life until lately they start to have ads and forced us to get kami cloud. 10 times open the ads ,9 times it will stuck and not able to view. So have to delete and download again and view with another device. We are using this as a baby camera, so when this app malfunction , it’s really annoyed. Another point , we have purchase this device with our money and now have to pay for ads ? I’m not sure what mentality is this but we will consider to change cam in near future
