About the translation.
Hi Youku.
Please fix your english translation. The translation is kinda messed up. I don’t quite understand even though it is translated. It is such a waste of money because i subscribe the premium one and the translation is not accurate.

Casting Mess
Your app experience is sadly almost make me want to delete the app on iPhone and iPad/Mac. 1. Please allow screen casting and not mirroring because I need to use my phone for other work while watching drama. And do you know how awful the resolution it is when mirror to 4K TV? 2. When I screen mirroring from my iPad, your app is optimised for iOS but not iPad OS. It does not support the app in Landscape setting and when I full screen the app to watch the video, it is in Potrait setting. So when I mirror to my TV, it is in potrait setting. Awful! Since I’m using Mac M1, I tried install the app on my Mac using app store. Same issue. When I click full screen on the app, the app does not auto rotate naturally causing the full screen video appear in potrait half view only and not landscape.

Fees deducted twice but inactive VIP access
Unfortunely , i already report this issue to youku feedback . They told me to recovery the access and made me pay again for 3rd times because the app say that i didnt success my previous payment. Omg. I already send them again and again the snapshot of my account history and message said that the youku deduct to my account 2 TIMES. Please check with your head account department before chat to me. Please take serious abt this issues.
