Zalora used to be my go to shopping website cause of the user friendly app. However, I notice that for the past few purchases I no longer received return slips. Im not sure if it is purposely done or its due to inefficiency from your part. I am aware that the money spent for the postage will be refunded back. However, the fact that I have to pay first for the return shipment is both frustrating and disappointing. And its only refunded in term of store credit meaning that I have to buy something to actually get my money back. Please improve on your service. Thank you.

Phone Heats Up & OOS Bug
Mostly enjoyed using this app but there are several major pet peeves that could use some ironing out... 🙏🏻
1. I’ve been using the Zalora app very frequently recently and observed that my phone HEATS UP extremely easily after the newest app update. Am on iPhone XS Max with the latest iOS. Issue started about less than a week ago and only occurs when I’m on the Zalora app.
2. Products that have gone OOS are listed on the Wishlist as though they are still in stock. Upon tapping the product, the “Problem occurred - something went wrong” error message pops up and leads you back to the Wishlist. Please consider allowing users continue browsing the product page regardless if it’s sold out. It can get very challenging to find product info in a sea of screenshots via our phone’s photo gallery. Sometimes, we need to refer to the product page for product details that aren’t retrievable elsewhere.
3. It will be more convenient if GrabPay users can carry out transactions >RM1,000/day especially when there’s *time-sensitive* discount where you can’t wait until the next day to split the purchase.
4. Please bring back the return slips! It’s such a hassle to have them printed on our end. Alternatively, I’d suggest including the return slips whenever there are >4 items per order.

I have made an order and cancelled the order few days after due to some circumstances. Since I have made the payment using online banking, the refund methods would be online banking as well and in form of store wallet. I was so disappointed because I was not given any option for refund method and the amount I paid was directly transferred in form of store wallet after a day. I do not care if it RM 50 and below. The amount was RM783 to be exact and hell yes that was seriously unfair and disappointing.
