Cheap and shipping fee is quite reasonable✨✨
Best place to shop for clothes and other things,zalora always the first opt for me to shop whenever i want to buy clothes for me and family,the place where you can buy clothes from any international brands that you like although some were not listed in there,you can sort out item based on your preferences,it’s cheap and shipping fee is quite reasonable too,i had bought few items back then and the items was not to my liking and size so i had to returned it,the returned procedure was so easy I didn’t know it’s gonna be that easy,but i hope my next purchase will be the right item for me so I don’t have to return it again☺️,i recently bought socks for my husband and he loves it,i will definitely buy it again because during MCO we aren’t supposed to go out too often, i wanna be safe so buying from here is a great option..😍

Amazing shopping experience for the past 8 yrars!
I have been shopping most of my baju kurung, heels, sneakers, bags and perfume from Zalora since I started working in 2012. No complaints so far 💜. The delivery was never disappointing, the return policy is easy and customer-friendly. The quality of the items are never in questioned! Good job guys..keep it up! Especially with the new norm where I have to be very careful whenever I decided to go out ( malls, for instance), shopping online with Zalora is definitely always my number 1 option. The reply from Zalora’s team too were excellent when you have problem with your ordered items. I got first hand experience with this TWO time and both time..they did served me well.

Phone Heats Up & OOS Bug
Mostly enjoyed using this app but there are several major pet peeves that could use some ironing out... 🙏🏻
1. I’ve been using the Zalora app very frequently recently and observed that my phone HEATS UP extremely easily after the newest app update. Am on iPhone XS Max with the latest iOS. Issue started about less than a week ago and only occurs when I’m on the Zalora app.
2. Products that have gone OOS are listed on the Wishlist as though they are still in stock. Upon tapping the product, the “Problem occurred - something went wrong” error message pops up and leads you back to the Wishlist. Please consider allowing users continue browsing the product page regardless if it’s sold out. It can get very challenging to find product info in a sea of screenshots via our phone’s photo gallery. Sometimes, we need to refer to the product page for product details that aren’t retrievable elsewhere.
3. It will be more convenient if GrabPay users can carry out transactions >RM1,000/day especially when there’s *time-sensitive* discount where you can’t wait until the next day to split the purchase.
4. Please bring back the return slips! It’s such a hassle to have them printed on our end. Alternatively, I’d suggest including the return slips whenever there are >4 items per order.
