E-Wallet user experience

More e-wallets In Malaysia... not bad features but need to continue improve the experience and offers.

Avoid this e-wallet at all cost

1. Requested for withdrawal - it has been 1 week but yet to receive the money
2. Security - they used whatsapp video-call to capture your picture
3. Personal data - they asked me to send full bank statement including all the transactions in my bank account before they proceed with my withdrawal request. I sent them the summary of my bank statement but they insisted on full bank statement.

Made a report at Bank Negara and will proceed with police report.

im happy with the customer service and the app

im very happy with the customer service for guiding me through the process for fund transfer , thank you LINDA from the customer service team to handle a customer like me , but sadly . in johor bahru , theres no exposure of uchat . thumbs down for that😔
