I ordered items yesterday and seller shipped out using Zepto Express, to be honest never heard of this courier service previously. What amazed me is the delivery time. Received the item on the next day afternoon whereby i just submit the payment to seller on the night before. Super fast delivery, thanks a lot!
Worst Delivery Experience
Booked a Zepto service within Klang Valley. At the end of day, they lost 3 items inside my bag. Most possibly things fall during the journey. And yet the driver claimed he never lose anything. In fact, the motorbike don’t have the box like what other services do and it’s not stated there. I’ve tried to contact the customer service but they never compensate or provide me any solution. The most terrible service I’ve ever used.
