Stumbled upon Zonar on social media and liked the idea so I thought I’d give it a try.

Within minutes, I was able to sign up an account and start browsing their list of service providers called “Experts”.

There are A LOT of Experts located in Malaysia and this made it very easy for me to find service providers for specific services that I needed.

Storytime:

Initially, my car was due for its maintenance service but I’ve been very busy with work. Scrolled through the Zonar app and found a mechanic that is close to me (the app tracks your location and the Expert’s location via GPS and tells you your distance).

600m is not that far away so I chatted with the mechanic on the app and he agreed to come to my house and do a service at home.

From signing up to paying the Expert, it was a mere total of 2 hours!

Needless to say, I gave a good rating and review to the mechanic for his swift service and workmanship.

Since then, I have made appointments for weekly house cleaning and also looked for an AC service technician. It’s definitely handy to keep this app around in your pocket.

UI: Good, easy to navigate but could be improved in terms of desifn choices.

Reliability: Small bugs that needs to be squashed out.

Functionality: Very fast and easy to use!
