Payment Function Need Improvement

The eWallet option never work for me.
Tried twice when order, the steps are to click the prefer eWallet (I choose Grab) and they shall send a SMS for log in and verify account. But the SMS never deliver, even after I click resend when the waiting time finished.

Another point is the credit card payment.
Sometimes the payment process took very long and failed at the end even if I didn’t click refresh or perform any other movement.
Good thing is that you can always go back to the order page and find that the status will be pending payment and re-start again. (Some other website you might find your order magically disappear when payment not successful)

But it’s just less perfect experience as compare to paying with eWallet on grab food.

Poor Location Service and Delivery packaging!

Your products are great. I really enjoyed the iced matcha and my parents thoroughly enjoyed your hot cappuccino as well. However, we got our drinks through delivery. There are a few things I need to comment. Firstly, the packaging of the drinks are not really presentable. Too many tapes. I understand it is to prevent spillage and opening during delivery but perhaps there is a better way? I suggest looking into how the Koreans pack their go to drinks for delivery. Secondly, your app location services are not accurate at all! When I inputted my address, everything was correct with the house number and street name but when I confirmed for delivery, there were 2 house numbers instead of one and no house street at all for the driver to identify. I had to call the driver to make sure the drinks are delivered to the right house. Please improve your app location services. Overall, your products are good. Keep up the good work!

App and Shops are not tallying

On 7th May I ordered for pickup at 4pm however when I checked at 4pm it says my order isn’t ready. So I waited and waited until around 5pm I just went there to see if it’s ready or not, turns out my frappe has melted into a latte and the whipped cream has collapsed already. It says on the drink sticker that my drink was made on 3.47pm so it’s been ready for a long time already but the app doesn’t say that my drinks are ready.

A similar thing happened a few times before with ordering. During fasting month I went to pick up my drink and it was ready but app said it’s not ready and only updated until a few hours later.

I don’t know if it’s an app problem or a staff problem but either way please fix this. If the drinks are ready for pick-up please update as soon as possible so the drinks don’t melt.
