Description

Discover a network of support and wellness activities, from regional to national organisations.

Local networks: If your GP Surgery / Hospice is a member, it will be findable on our app and provide access to their curated list of local services. Please check if your GP/Hospice has signed up with our service.

Help at Hand is free to use and filled with vital information for patients, family & friends, carers, and anyone in need of a helping hand.

Why Help at Hand?

• If there’s a number you wish to call, just tap to start the call — no need to write the number down or even to dial it.

• If you wish to email a contact you come across, simply tap it and it will set up your email so all you have to do is write the message — no need to copy the often-lengthy email address etc.

• If you want to read more about a group on their website or to attend an online yoga session, just tap the web address and it will open up their website exactly where you need to be.

• Save your favourite services (no need to go hunting for them again) and share with colleagues and friends.

If you run a support group of any sort please contact your local GP surgery and let them know about Help at Hand so that we may help to bring everyone together.
