WhatsApp Business enables you to have a business presence on WhatsApp, communicate more efficiently with your customers, and help you grow your business.
If you have separate business and personal phone numbers, you can have both WhatsApp Business and WhatsApp Messenger installed on the same phone, and register them with different numbers.
In addition to the features available in WhatsApp Messenger, WhatsApp Business includes:
• BUSINESS PROFILE: Create a profile for your business to help your customers find valuable information — like your website, location, or contact information.
• BUSINESS MESSAGING TOOLS: Be more responsive to your customers by using Away messages to indicate that you're away.
• LANDLINE/FIXED NUMBER SUPPORT: You can use WhatsApp Business with a landline (or fixed) phone number and your customers can message you on that number. During verification, select the “Call me” option to receive the code over a phone call.
• RUN BOTH WHATSAPP MESSENGER AND WHATSAPP BUSINESS: You can use both WhatsApp Business and WhatsApp Messenger on the same phone, but each app must have its own unique phone number.
• WHATSAPP WEB: You can more efficiently respond to your customers right from your computer's browser.
WhatsApp Business is built on top of WhatsApp Messenger and includes all the features that you rely on, such as the ability to send multimedia, free calls*, free international messaging*, group chat, offline messages, and much more.

Suggestion
Well, as far as I enjoy WhatsApp business I’d also like to say that some features could be improved.
For instance, It could be redesigned to separate regular from group chats, more alike communities is currently doing on the regular WhatsApp app, where you can sort and label multi subjected groups;
It could also reduce the forwarding limitations from the actual 3 people/groups to at least 5 to 10 people/ groups…
It is a business tool, therefore demands further useful features.
Introduce even Better Storage Management System
Great Job, the developers are doing an amazing job so far
I think that the app has to manage storage far better than it does, for instance forwarded media shouldn't be stored multiple times, once that item is stored the app should be able to identify for future, once someone forward it again no need to re download it. Maybe the best way was to attribute unique names or ID to these media files.
Erro no WhatsApp Business
Estou a ter muita dificuldade ao entrar no meu WhatsApp Business.
Estou a usar iPhone 6s com atualização V.14 o app demonstrava lentidade ao entrar e ao usar aí eu apaguei e voltei a instalar aí que não abri a 3 dias até hoje não aceita nada. Por favor né ajudem a resolver essas situação.
I'm having a hard time entering my WhatsApp Business.
I am using iPhone 6s with V.14 update, the app showed slowness when entering and when I used it, I deleted it and reinstalled it there, which I haven't opened in 3 days so far it doesn't accept anything. Please don't help to resolve these situations.
