Description
“领导留言板”是人民日报社专门为中央部委和地方各级党委政府主要负责同志搭建的网上群众工作平台，创办于2006年，由人民网运营。近年来，在党的二十大相关工作网络征求意见、“十四五”规划编制工作网上意见征求活动中，“领导留言板”均为受权征集平台之一。
“领导留言板”秉承上连党心、下接民心的宗旨，创新实践党的群众路线，畅通干群网上互动通道，营造互联网建言文化，服务内容包括：急难愁盼问题征集办理、《人民建议》《政企直通车》等互动栏目，既是干部群众沟通的便捷桥梁，也是提升治理能力的新型工具。党的十八大以来，来自广大群众和经营主体的420万件留言通过平台得到各地区各部门回复办理，大批建设性意见得到采纳，被作为全过程人民民主的一项创新实践范例，载入《中国的民主》白皮书；被作为网络媒体深入践行网上群众路线的范例，载入《中国共产党宣传工作简史》。2022年4月，“领导留言板”工作被人民日报、新华社、中央广播电视总台《新闻联播》集中报道。
“领导留言板”由人民网网上群众工作部专职运营。近年来，平台多次荣获中国新闻奖，被授予“中国新闻名专栏”“中国互联网品牌栏目”称号，运营团队被授予全国三八红旗集体、中央和国家机关三八红旗集体称号，所在支部被命名为中央和国家机关“四强”党支部。
