AliExpress Shopping App 12+

It varies from stuff I've ordered and received. Sometimes the length in time varies to Namibia like for a 8 months. Clothing I've ordered was in good condition but the real material compared to the product shown on the app is a bit worse and I'm considering on not ordering clothes from AliExpress again. In regards to fake flowers, some were excellent condition! And more than expected from the product, and others were very tacky. Then with cables for external hardrives and the casing are great condition. And with make up brushes and accessories are even better, in some of the best conditions I have ever seen and bought in a store. I would recommend AliExpress to anyone. Because they are one of the best.

The app gives access to great products, sometimes the sellers do not show the products correctly, but when not ordering clothes the products are quite good. Shipping takes a long time and is very expensive to get to Namibia but it’s a great way to get things cheaper, especially those we don’t have access to. I wish it sold things such as tea or flour so that we can make recipes from Asia.

The app is awesome and very user friendly, however the support for problems is very limited and restricting with only automated answers to choose from. There is one option, to engage with an operator, but if you want to explain a problem, you can only enter very few words and I have also not had a reply yet. When scrolling through your orders, be very careful that you do not accidentally touch the ‘goods received’ link, which happens very easily... that really needs to be changed to a double confirm... It would also be great if the ordered item would be displayed in the message icon so that one can easily see which product is referred to.
