Withdrawal issues
I needed to withdraw funds and as normal I logged onto the website. As normal , I verified it's me via email. Then this app opened up and the only option was to deposit. I had to uninstall the app to be able to withdraw funds.
After uninstalling app, no problem getting my funds thus I concluded that the problem lies with the app.

Opening issue
