Good using this platform for acquiring items from afar sellers. It makes life easy for many. Back in days one could only walk in a local shop and buy what is available. Today, a click away, almost everything is at our doorstep. Thank you.
On a negative side, there is no way of contacting you to resolve issues. No live chats or emails. And you only call clients in Europe when they need your attention. Africa is left out. Your clients in Africa are not looked at for easy resolution of arising concerns. Please look into it.

It’s frustrating when you like an item that that throws out a shipping error that seller doesn’t ship to your home country.
