Streamline the interface
Being fairly new to the App and the website, I find navigating around the interface to be tedious. The interface can do more to simplify user engagement.
Why do participants have to manually subscribe to discussions and follow them manually, when participating in those discussions is graded? The fact that I signed up and committed financially should suffice to automatically subscribe me to the discussions. I missed a few discussions as a result, because I was not aware I had to subscribe.
In my opinion, the business processes can be improved to allow easier engagement with software.
