Not all the food options are there yet like box master.Luckily the lady at klein Windhoek “AL” were supper nice and helped us so kindly.
We also tried to whatsapp the problem but could not managed to actually get an answer except automated responses
False advertising, useless service and untrained staff
I went pick up my order, I had to wait over 30min while they try to find my order. They eventually printed out the email and then they couldn’t get it on the pos system because the prices online are not loaded or whatever. I ordered the 6 pieces with chips and didn’t get the chips because I didn’t want to top up.
The order clearly states 6 pieces with chip $89.00 not some $120.00 for chips.
Get you people training on the online order or just abandon it, you all clearly don’t know what you’re doing.
Further more as a customer service rule, if the product is wrong priced you give it to the customer as advertised or priced.
Useless service! Stay in the stone age’s because technology is really not for you.
