GAME CRASHES IN THE MIDDLE OF A RUN

I’m using IOS 12.4.7 on my iPhone 6 Plus & the game crashes o freezes somewhere In the middle of a run.
Sometimes I’m unable to finish a run,
This is 1 of the best action running game out there as I’ve previously played it on my Samsung galaxy prime plus & it worked perfectly well,
But the minute I bought an iPhone the game literally freezes,
I’m starting to think it’s perhaps not compatible on iOS.
Can squareEnix please fix this bug??
It’s so disappointing cus the game is really that good.

Fix the bug

I really like this game. It’s quite nice. However I gave it a 1 star rating because the first time I downloaded toward level 40, the game would freeze and I couldn’t exactly play the game. Had to reset my progress and start over again. Deleted it and downloaded it again. Now that I have completed levels 1-40 and got to the desert ruins, level 41 won’t open. It just loads and kicks me out again.

Can you please fix the bug. This complaint has been going on for so long. Especially on IOS phones.

Games freezes

I don’t understand why the games freezes or doesn’t want to play level 41 it always go back to the previous levels please fix this problem I love this game and I don’t like disappointments
