Changing of already accepted rides to another ride
Changing of rides without drivers consent is affecting us because sometimes the drivers already communicated to the clients, that means the client will be called by another clients and it’s causing confusions and trust issues.
Atleast the drivers must have an option as to whether they want to accept the nearest ride or they want to continue on going rides.

The app is great and easy to use. But I am yet to see if it is worthwhile considering the prices set for the clients against the fuel consumption and time invested.
Worst Experience Ever
I tried to register on this app and the process that was supposed to be straightforward was overly complicated and frustrating. I contacted support to help me with my issue and all they could tell me I need to have uninterrupted internet connection??
That app loads like hell and is not optimized to use the network efficiently.
I am a developer myself and this is one of the worst app experience I’ve ever encountered.
