Description

The diaphragm is the primary muscle for breath. It's ability to optimally perform its job depends on the other muscles of the core and just like all of the other muscles of the body, it can get stiff, lose its coordination and ultimately, its POWER. This can result in health related issues involving back or pelvic pain as well as shortness of breath and pressurizing the organ system all the way down to the pelvic floor. Recovery of muscle function requires specific exercises based on exercise science.
