Compiled for the new iOS 18.
### Added
- Ticket can be send directly thru email without filling in the email field.
- New parameter, don't print bill if the amount if lower than x.
- Client Ordering System (=COS) shows products now more logically. First products with numbers (sorted low to high), them alphabetically.
- Added CSV file export in Day Payments and Day VAT/TAX reports.
### Changed
- Reports Day, Hours and Tables/Clients changed to show covers.
### Removed
- Bluetooth Low Energy printer.
### Fixed
- Bug when creating a new table in the data, it didn´t copy the older parameters.
- Tables didn´t show correct values when the tax was not included.
- Small bug with SumUp not asking for tips the first payment requested.
- Product reports fixed in case the name of the product was changed without creating a new one.
- Table reports now correctly ordered.
- Temp table was not visible as a parameter any longer in the data -> tables.
