Description

Marshal Eye provides a solution to a modern-day problem in Workplaces. Many organisations provide flexible working arrangements for staff, making it very difficult to plan your Fire Marshal cover.

The App allows your team to select an area or role at the point of a fire event, this is done digitally on the phone or tablet, it will let everyone else on the Fire Response Team see that you have selected it.

The Areas, Tasks and Roles are set up by the person who is responsible for the fire strategy so it is bespoke for you building.

An Incident Manager can see an overview of all roles as they change colour, with the colour coded traffic light system. User can opt in to a role or any fire response function they have been approved perform.

Your resilience problem is solved, it doesn’t matter if people are in a different location or even off the site because it works on an ‘opt in’ principle, you will always have cover. Walking routes and notes can be added so staff know what is expected of them. Your Administrator can include additional actions for each role to ensure that nothing is forgotten, examples might include adding ‘pick up visitors log’ to the task of sweeping the ground floor.

Live Messaging - This key feature allows the team to be in touch. When fire alarms activate there is an ‘information vacuum’ and people can often be unsure whether to start evacuation. Live messaging will give instant information for all users allowing decisions to be made, it will allow incidents to conclude more quickly, minimising disruption and associated costs and the impact of false alarms.

Time stamping - Every role or task that is claimed and completed is time stamped. This allows you to assess how effective the fire response was. It will also include messages exchanged during the event, creating a full chronological report for debrief and audit purposes.

Notifications are built into the App to allow key information to be shared across the fire response team.

Fire Safety Issues can be easily reported through the App by all users with minimum fuss.
These are recorded in the admin dashboard. In addition admins can check a box to have email alerts sent to selected people to ensure they are actioned.
Never will you worry that someone can’t reset the fire panel because they are not sure of the PIN number you add all information against each task that is relevant, you can easily add additional roles in the dashboard for example you may have a Wheelchair user in the premises, simply create the task in the dashboard and decide which users can access that role on their App.
