Problem with crediting points
I logged in to my account via web browser and for more than a week I completed surveys and earned points this ending of last month. Now I logged back to my account and all recently earned points where missing. I also downloaded the app and logged back in and still no points. All the points I earned this year 2020 is not credited, from dashboard it only shows points from 2017 pls help!!!

I’ve used multiple applications to try and get a message out there.. but this app just kills it!!!
