A good Loan App

The app is active, prompt and hitch free. They have been very consistent and reliable. The only challenge I have noticed is that since over 5 months I have been using the app, my eligible amount has not grown out of N4000 even when I have never failed for once to repay on or before my loan due date which is not encouraging. This should be looked into.

Bad services

Good day Allea, am not happy with your recent service rendered, i took a loan of 14,000 and i was credited in my wallet 28,000 meaning i got one loan approved twice due to network glitch and with different due dates. The first loan was due i got an early reminder from you and the loan was cleared but i couldn’t remember the due date for the second loan and i didn’t get a reminder from you until when the loan was 13days due and that’s too bad for a loan i didn’t request for and no form of reminder (sms or a call from your customer agents), no auto debit was done...even after paying for the loan i can’t use the app that’s a very poor service from you guys and i need an explanation.

I was debited 2,000 without requesting for a renewal. I subscribed to your service without making using of it, which I have no problem with. But what I have problem with is the fact that you guys deliberately refuse to put the option for one off subscription or auto renewal and also there's no option for one to delete his or her debit card from your app. You guys should better refund my 2000 because I didn't ask for an auto renewal and put an option for my card to deleted, I just received a debit alert in my account wen I didn't apply for anything. If you guys don't refund my 2000 I'll make it a point of duty to drag you guys on social media tool you return my money
