Please I do not know the reason my app has not been opening for about four days now, I have tried everything I could do, I have even deleted and reinstalled over and over if it can open but No. Even I reported the issue to your Facebook and the procedure I was told to follow to fix the problem didn’t work. I have deleted the app, it has consumed too much of my data this 4 days deleting, reinstalling, deleting and reinstalling.

I take my time to play your game at list you people should have the right approach to look into matters, your technical team need an overhaul and professional training they way the talk and respond to people and matter! Is unprofessional! You ask for my details and ID and I gave all the necessary information, and I explained that I lost diamonds and stars in the process of making movies not to talk of cash I used in the game to speed up the process and then I was left high and dry, only for your team to come back and be asking me, what day did it happen, can’t they read? the very day it happened I sent messages explaining everything! You people are now trying to make me out as a lair and that alone makes me angry, I have lost friends in this game because of your nonchalant attitude! I advice you look into it!

I hate that energy take long to load it makes the game boring Gems are hard to get yet most things are bought with germs and are even expensive We have to buy the same hair over again And the person you marry is just going to stay at home like a log of wood the pr event takes a lot of star points we can only use the spa once a day and a lot of other problems that I can’t waste time to write I can’t invite friends and the game is becoming tiring
Please the energy takes too long to load because my maximum energy is 50 and I’ll have to wait for an 1hr 40min for it to load fully
