Wema bank is the most useless bank in the earth. May I never involve in using this banking system again once i am able to transfer my money out and resolve my zenith bank error issues Wema is the father of useless. Foolish people for a whole month you can’t do anything meaningful with this app, useless failure, transferring network zero. Just imagine that at the process of transferring progress this useless and nothing mobile banking will just cut you off within a split second and loose your money even without proofs to trace your transactions, no evidence and the money just gone like that foolish and the most miserable banking system in the earth. How long should we keep waiting for you guys to upgrade still you guys are far way behind development and advancement nonsense.The uselessness of this app rating it 1 star is huge regret I hate this bank and I will ensure before this month end both my business account I will close them down . This app Will lead you loosing money and without proofs that you send the money. You’re sending money at the same time to app will just close and you will be debited without proofs for your transfer claims I regretted referring people to this useless and nothingness bank. I’m rating 1 because I won’t be able to post this review without rating but if left for me I wouldn’t even rate this app at allll changed my phone recently and automatically moved all my apps to my new device and I’ve been trying to login to my app for long because I want to start making use of the account properly but you guys have refused to switch my device I’ve been trying to switch my devices for long now and it’s still not working I’ve called you guys to work on it sent emails even after deleting the app several times as instructed even after trying to link my bvn as instructed you guys won’t let me Access the app I even tried to transfer and link my bvn via website and still was able to do it please you guys should do something about this even been trying to upload all the documents you asked me to upload but after uploading and I come back to check if my restriction which you put on my account has been lifted it’ll still be the same I’ve uploaded my bvn nin international passport serval times just so you guys can lift the restriction but you guys will still not lift it I’ve email you guys several times no response I’ve called you’ll tell me you’ll work on it I guess it’s better I leave this here so that you guys can see it please work on your app
Using this bank has genuinely been one of the worst experiences of my entire life. If the amount that is sent to an account is too much for the tier of savings account shouldn’t the normal thing be to revert the money. No you guys keep it and not allow the owner of the money to use it which is honestly the most stupid thing I ever heard, that could be the owner only money you don’t know you just lock it. You guys are telling me my address verification failed. How? All of the documents that I sent and gave. Is that not supposed the verify my address. Do you guys have time to be driving there. What nonsense. And on top of that you are just taking 50 naira from my money for stupid master card maintenance. I don’t understand. Master card that I am not allowed to use. This is an awful bank. I can’t wait to be able to drop y’all. Open my account because that excuse of address verification failed makes literally zero sense.
You’re literally the worst bank I’ve ever had business with…I’ve been complaining about my bank being restricted for the past 3weeks and there has been no positive response from you guys..is it until I visit a branch and throw tantrums there before my request will be attended to…..it’s so uncalled for I visited a branch, called customer care pleaded that I want to use the money in my account to pay my school fees but it has been excuse upon excuses…it’s always gives us 12-24 working hours before it will be fixed and that same 12-24 working hours has turned to 3weeks now…why are you guys so inhumane…what if I don’t have any other source of income then how do u want me to feed…it’s becoming so unbearable. Kindly put your self in my shoes,what if it’s your last hope then what will you do
This app is really annoying to be very honest. My phone was stolen and I had to get a new one. I’ve tried accessing my account on this device but it’s not even working once the biometrics is completed it goes ahead to show error and I’ve changed the password lots of times just to access the account but it’s of no use. I complained to customer care but they’re not doing anything about. It’s such a shame and disappointment that this kind of thing will happen and they still haven’t been able to resolve it till today. My only savior is my atm card and even before I got this card I had to keep on calling them and it took 4-6 months before I could get my card which is very bad. Please this issue has to be resolved soon enough abeg
