You are super great one thin I love this app with is that the loan is not that too high and also you can repay back in six months without the disturbance. They’re not going to call you most of the time even if I do not pay they normally keep that months for me and I don’t know how you people are doing that but I think you are the best app so far. I don’t even go to PalmPay I don’t go to OPAY . I always come to you because I know you the best app so far

had a terrible experience with this loan app. I mistakenly sent ₦56,000 to their account even though I didn’t owe them any money. I called several times but no one answered. I also sent messages on WhatsApp and someone replied at first, asked me to send proof, which I did, but after I sent it, they stopped responding completely.Instead of refunding my ₦56,000, they upgraded my loan limit to ₦20,000, which I had to collect since they refused to return the money I sent by mistake. Now they keep calling and harassing me to pay them back, even though I have already lost ₦56,000 to them. To make it worse, they are asking me to repay over ₦40,000 for a ₦20,000 loan, which is completely unfair and exploitative.I have explained everything to them several times, even to their boss, but nothing was done. Their customer service is terrible, they don’t listen, and their staff are very rude. This app is not trustworthy at all. I regret ever using it and I strongly advise others to stay away from it.

Alend is not an app to take money from. It’s better you go hungry or talk to your enemy than taking loan from Alend.The moment your money is due, they won’t even give you up to 8hours that same day especially when you’ve got a good credit score with them, they will call you and start speaking Yoruba to you not even a professional English. Curse you, speak to you rudely, threaten you, Kai.There is no level of professionalism. To the owner of the business, my candid advice is that you recruit your staff and employ those that are learned and knows how to deal with customers diligently and not those miscreant employees you hired.The manager makes it worse, she will shout at you.My God, I had a traumatic experience.They will still call me to tell me that they’ve increased my loan again, Funny how I don’t know how to block their line so that they won’t be able to call me again🥹Incase you read this, pls do well not to call me to take loan from your company again.
