Why is this happening to my App
I used to enjoy this app but now it no longer works on my iPhone 6plus and I don’t even know what the problem really is I also have an ongoing subscription on this app please I need this fixed
Very frustrating
I’m giving it 2 stars because it can never be like Netflix. Everything about this app is slow, downloading an episode which eats your data like food even when the download settings are on good, and it won’t download, keeps buffering over the slightest network fluctuation, not Netflix, world best. I can’t with Prime videos anymore, it has good movies and all but Netflix is trustworthy.
Reconnection means even after providing all details
Finding it hard to get connected back don’t know what to do have provided my debit details still yet have not been connected
