How can i have access to my wallet when i cant verify my phone number i have tried a couple of times to access my wallet but you guys keep telling me to verify my phone number for two step verification which i keep trying also but it just shows me verified and when i tried using my wallet it keep telling me to verify my phone number i know i made a huge mistake when i installed this app called AMUSE i am not amused i am so mad at you guys please look into this ! 😡

Amuse is the best distributor have got so far , thanks so much for making it easy for me to get my songs out there I really love all the features and it’s easy to use , have introduced it to many friends here and sure they gonna start using amuse as their distributor soon !!!

Hello and please why are you guys stressing me out since last week I’ve been trying to pay up for the subscription you didn’t receive my naira master card and now I tried my possible best to open a dollar account at my bank I was issued a visa dollar card and yet you’re still declining lord knows I really tried and you guys keep telling me the date is back dated whereas this card will be expiring by 2026 I don’t understand and why is the card wiring for my Apple ID and not working for you honestly I really tried to patronize but maybe at this point I’ll need to switch to another distributor

I am sick and tired of the app because they charge more money for their unavailable services. No way to add lyrics to songs, And customer service is really not taking any responsibilities or concerns cause they never respond to their email messages. 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮tired ASF

Your customer support is terrible. I requested a name change and you still haven’t gotten back to me. I decided to delete my account and you clearly stated you that you just sent an email to the registered account to which I have checked and found no email or link. It’s annoying

The intention behind this service is great (Free music distribution for artistes) however the execution is really poor. Content ID doesn't work. Has never worked. Emails to support are a long shot. I sent emails to them last year. Still waiting on a response. Sent a message via Instagram. It took months to get a response which said I should email their unresponsive support.

I'd rather pay for a service like Distrokid that actually works.

I don’t think I’ve found a distro with a very friendly and accessible interface as that of amuse, it’s simply the best out there right now in all honesty.

ever since I released my first song on the app, i haven’t been able to log into the app. I uninstalled it at first because it was misbehaving, then i reinstalled thinking it was going to work. But, it’s even quite worse. It keeps showing me authentication error.

I feel something shady is going on with y’all.
