Doesn’t notify when someone visits website it only notify when they write and doesn’t keep chat

Hello. You can use our web version to be notified by sound once you have a new visitor. Our mobile version doesn't notify new visitors yet but we sent the feedback to the responsible team. About not keeping the chat, you can contact our support with more details so they can check further. Thank you for your time!
Good experience but there should be a way to notify you if you have a site visitor without having to open the app and going to site visitor section.
