Please resolve this
I have been unable to view any movies or tv shows on the app despite subscribing for 1 year. I would be happy if this issue is resolved with my account. It would also help to have an email address to reach the app developer for complaint resolution.

You didn’t state it that there’s “In App Purchase”
You should at least allow 1 free month, or 1 free week, or at least 1 free day…
Even Netflix is not this rigid.
