You don't get your money when you need it, you'll probably get it after a day or two so if you're in an emergency, this is not the best
They don't disburse the full amount you applied for, I still don't know why
The money deducted for binding your card never gets refunded. And sometimes they deduct that money twice
And I'm surprised you'll have to pay more than the amount they put there as your repayment fee if you want to pay via card. All these petty fees they're collecting is just something.
They need to fix up!

Hello Arvo, Why’s that when someone make payments,you people find it so difficult to acknowledge it and update profile? Your customers service agents don’t pick their calls everytime someone calls,please what’s their use in the your organization? Arvo finance stated in their sms payment reminder,that after making payment,we should send the payment prove to help@Arvofinance for confirmation, so why is so difficult for arvo finance team to reply to customer mail? This attitude towards customers is very bad and frustrating… I made this payment even before the due date, so why is it taking the whole day to acknowledge my payment?

The first loan amount i got is so impressive, unlike others that keep giving you 3k as if it’s money for transport fair. They are just outstanding from the numerous dubious loan app. Meanwhile If the purpose of any loan is judiciously utilized, there will be great improvement in micro business operations. What drives every economy in the world is access to finance for every transaction. I pray you guys will succeed in this hash clement.
