Dear support please try adding “verve” to the payment method, a lot of your app users uses majorly verve debit cards instead of the regular master card and Visa card you said was the only mood of payment, I’m writing to let you know that your restrictions has made a lot of your app users to not fully enjoy audiomack app to the fullest, try including verve payment so more people can subscribe , people like me and so many other people out there, thanks a lot dear support and I look forward to receiving a message from you also .

please why is it that if i teach the end of my playlist the song will not start from the beginning again i will have to go back to the app and tap before it starts again even the app itself sometimes if not all the time it will just crash for no teason at all there are also to many ads like God please reduce it or cut it out entirely so that we can have a smooth experience and you dont even have all the song that some of your customers want and then the ones we want we have to “buy the premium” before we can listen to them it will then push us to be downloading offbrand songs that some are not even the main thing please fix it and last but definitely not the least why do i have to use my internet to access my own selected playlist

Impressed and disappointed ☹️
You guys are doing a great 👍 job,this has been my best app to download and play my music offline ,but I upgraded of recent cause I kept getting the notification every now and then to update,which I did but it’s been misbehaving since I upgraded it,you download a song and tap on it to play the music doesn’t play rather the previous song you listened to repeats itself,even after you pause,tap on the next song it still doesn’t switch 😩😩very frustrating and then again there are some sweet songs you get to hear and then you want to download,you type the name of the song it pops up but instead you see the slowed,remix and all instead of the main song it’s very sad 😔
