Too many features are merged which makes it difficult to navigate or find things. Eg why is spa and gym services merged? I also cannot easily ‘search’ for a specific place, I have to scroll through a list of things I’m not looking for at that time. Why do I need more than 1 app because I want to speak to a doctor? The list of accessible services are also very low compared to other providers out there. Honestly, the experience is really stressful!
