Show results on completed games
This update is better than previous and the interface is more user friendly. The only reason I hold back my one star is that on going game(s) in a booking is/are not highlighted and results are not shown on completed games until the booking is finally decided by LOST or WON
Your app can never be better
I made a withdrawal earlier of 1400 I received it now I’m trying to make a withdrawal of 5000 why will I be asked to verify with my national identity number documents before withdrawing this is why sporty bet will be ahead of you guys I will call you guys out let everybody know how you work you lots of scammers holding peoples money asking them for passport nin drivers license voter card if I have all those cards will I be playing bet if I have the mon wey to afford a passport will I be playing bet y’all are bunch of stupid guys I’ve been trying your emergency call number but they are all not working I can’t believe I left sporty bet to start playing bet9ja bunch of bastard as you guy made me loose my last 5000 for feeding this week I pray you will have a reason to cry this week I pray your site crashes
Criminal activities
A piece of advice to everyone using bet9ja never you spend to get a promotional Bonus, this people are Criminals after I spent the supposed amount required to get a Promotional Casino bonus, they gave me 133k but never allowed me to use the bonus, I kept writing to the customer care reporting the issue that I couldn’t use my bonus because the Spin/win casino was not opening they kept telling me to exercise patience while they fix the issue until the bonus expired I wrote back to them and they did nothing about it, just replies that are unrelated to what I was saying. Atleast if your system is having issues you do well to extend bonus days until it’s fixed, customers deserve better.
