Good but could be better
It’s a welcome development. The interface is lovely and it’s easy to use and navigate. I’ve noticed that there’s no way to refresh the app. After a payment the only way to see your updated balance is to close the app and open it back. Also when i drag the screen down its supposed to refresh the app/page but it doesn’t. Please look into this. This app has got potential!
Suggestion for app improvements
Pls I’d like to suggest the use of livescores within the games you booked so that you can monitor their progress once they begin..that’s the reason I paused from using bet9ja & began using SportyBet so once this feature is added I’d resume my betting on the platform…thanks 🙏🏽

Rubbish app.
You guys should go look how Spotybet app works perfectly good. In as much as you guys are older in the game and it took you guys long to come up with the app una app be rubbish and trash!!! VERY slow and dump!! You guys should make it work just like Spotybet app or better off delete the nonsense app you guys build. All the money way una get to build good app no gree una. Just to show up the withdrawal page it will it 1 hour or more to load. I can't even see the lives results on my games just like Spotybet. Ah swear una app is completely trush and nonsense!!! Rubbish!!!
