Can be better
This is a great app, but it can be better… the previous update had issues, but it was better than this current one, user flow needs to be worked on, it’s not easy getting to other options like “betfriends” and overview, and other side bar options without clicking deposit first, which can be confusing…
Great Options, great odds…
Also the shake to under option isn’t necessary, and there’s no way to undo it for those that don’t need it…

Delayed/Unsuccessful Transactions
To be very honest i’m getting frustr most of the times when i try to deposit on this app. I noticed that you can make a deposit and then want to make another one almost 3 minutes later and it will be unsuccessful. It occurred firstly on the 17th of October at 04:35pm, when i made a deposit of 6100 with the card method and the money never reflected in my Betano account and my bank had already debited me. Now it occurred today again, i made a deposit of 7500 at first and that went through but when i tried to make another deposit, my bank debited me and the transaction was successful on my end but it’s been over 30 mins and i haven’t seen the money. Please all i ask us for you guys to refund my money back to me on the app i’ll file a complaint on the app later in the day. Just please make sure to refund my money, i’ll get rid of the app once my money is refunded.

Great app
Please work on the fact that, if we set games for hours most time and didn’t play the bet slip, it will disappear. u have to start all over again, like it so frustrating. Please make the bet slip be available until we clear it out our selves, it so annoying like sometimes, u will be force to go to another platform.
The fear of … betslip disappearing, if you don’t play it quick, and the anger of starting all over again, it a big bug, u guys need to fix.
Aside that… the app is very good, will give it 9/10, please we love your options, don’t change them.
