Appreciate Binance CEO
Dear CEO Binance,
The Binance app has been a blessing since the day I downloaded it, offering a seamless experience for trading cryptocurrencies. Its user-friendly interface, extensive range of features, and reliable performance have made it my go-to platform for managing my crypto investments. From buying and selling various digital assets to accessing advanced trading tools, the app has consistently met my expectations.
However, the recent discontinuation of support for NGN (Nigerian Naira) has been disappointing and challenging. As a user who relied on this currency pair, navigating the transition has been tough. It's crucial for Binance to ensure continuous support for various fiat currencies to cater to the diverse needs of its global user base.
Despite this setback, I appreciate Binance's commitment to innovation and their efforts to constantly improve the platform. I hope to see them address the issue of discontinuing NGN and continue providing excellent service to users worldwide. Overall, the Binance app remains an essential tool for cryptocurrency enthusiasts, offering a comprehensive solution for trading and managing digital assets.
App froze and made me loose 50$
On Sunday 12 of June 2020 at about 2:00 pm I was future trading on some crypto currency when suddenly the app froze for about 2 hours, I did all I could to restore the app; checked my network to make sure my network was not the problem ( my network was perfect because all other apps requiring networked service where working perfectly) I even rebooted my phone( iPhone 8 Plus) twice and there was no improvement on the Binance app situation I checke the App Store to see if I needed to update my Binance app( it was up to date) even the website was unaccessible.
And suddenly I received liquidation warnings and notice on all my coins and lost 50$. immediately after the liquidation the app restored perfect as if nothing was initially wrong. And it’s not because I traded badly and don’t even ask if anyone else knew my password (my phone never leaves my hand and my password is so complicated that even I told you, you wouldn’t know how to use it) it’s because your app and website failed me.

App suddenly stopped going through
My Binance account was working fine this morning as i checked in for a particular airdrop that was launching today and since it wasn’t time yet I closed the app, then some minutes later I was told to check again since that airdrop had dropped only for me to open my app and I’m being told to backup my account and recover my password, nothing is even working on my account and mind you my network is working perfectly as I was able to use it to open other apps that needed internet connection, I even connected to someone’s else’s Wi-Fi to see if the problem is from my network but it still gave the same result. Then I switched off my phone twice to see if the problem is from my phone but yet it didn’t work and I’ve never shared my password with anyone topper off with the fact that this is my first and only account with Binance, please look into this issue urgently.
