App works fine but there is a little complaint
App is user friendly and has great features. I would recommend to anyone looking forward to the crypto space but the fact the app keeps restarting when ever you leave the app is really frustrating. Please keep in touch with this particular feature
Fast and secure
I've been using this crypto exchange app for a while now, and I have to say that I'm really impressed with it. The app is very user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy to navigate and trade cryptocurrencies. The transaction fees are also very low, which is a huge plus. Overall, I would definitely recommend Bitget to anyone looking for a reliable and easy-to-use crypto exchange app.
Fraud
❌❌❌Scam Alert! I'm sharing my appalling experience with this exchange. Despite withdrawing my Avacoin from Tonkeeper to my Bitget wallet address over 48,hours ago, I haven't received the funds. After enquiring with their support team, I was initially told they received my token and would credit me soon, citing internal issues for the delay. However, I later received an email stating they don't support the contract address and won't credit me. I'm frustrated and confused - why didn't they suspend deposits if they don't accept them? This seems like a scam and an illegal practice.
